REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Date – To be announced according to the reopening of school

2. working Hours – 09:00 hrs – 12:00 hrs.

3. Original NGSA slips.

4. Original and one copy of birth certificate.

5. Three (3) recent passport size pictures (These can also

be taken at the school).

6. Clinic card and one copy of same.

7. Blood group information.

8. Weight in kg and height in cm. (Theses can also be taken at the school)

NB: The student has to be in attendance at the time of

registration.
